Game Information

Team Sabre is the expansion pack for NovaLogic's first-person shooter Delta Force: Black Hawk Down. Team Sabre provides several single-player missions grouped into an anti-terrorist campaign in Iran, and a drug-lord chase through Colombia. This expansion pack breaks free of the tight streets of Somalia and sends you to diverse settings such as desert oil platforms in the Middle East, and the jungles of South America. A few new weapons and vehicles have been added to those taken from Black Hawk Down, and hoards of new enemies will rain down on you as you fight through each mission. Four players can play splitscreen co-op throughout a short, dedicated co-op campaign.

Additional Information

Loosely based on the PC expansion of the same title, Delta Force: Black Hawk Down -- Team Sabre leads players into two environments to flush out the enemy threat. Leading a four man team, rec room recruits must navigate their group through 11 single-player missions, in which they will take out a general who is hogging all the oil in Iran, and then bust Columbian drug lords who are using the South American country to build and expand their illegal empire. To back players up, their computer-controlled teammates can heal wounds and reload weapons once during each mission, and they may be commanded to flank the enemy, regroup, and move into position, among other commands. To complete each objective, a variety of 24 weapons are available to help mow down the opposition, including the L115 sniper and the MK21 SOCOM. Gamers seeking an online fight may engage in multiplayer battles for up to 32 players on one of 24 different maps. Competitive play is available in such modes as "Deathmatch," "Capture the Flag," "Renegade," and "Sabotage." Players may also get together for a six-mission cooperative campaign.
