Toxic Crusaders NES

While running some experiments at the Island City Chemical Plant, Melvin Junko accidentally falls into a vat of Grossolium 90. The highly toxic substance turns Melvin into Toxie, a heinously deformed mutant of superhuman size and strength. After joining his newfound friends Major Disaster, Nozone, Headbanger, and Junkyard in the TOXIC CRUSADERS, Toxie adopts a life of crime fighting. He will not rest until all evil is eliminated. As Toxie, your first order of business is to defend the city of Tromaville from the nefarious Dr. Killemoff and the Radiation Rangers. Armed with your powerful mop, you'll be faced with six challenging levels of running, jumping and mopping as you fight to keep Tromaville clean. If you think you're ready to lead the life of a crime-fighting toxic accident, then prepare yourself for TOXIC CRUSADERS.

Now the wimpy nerd Melvin has

is not lost. Toxie, with his new-
found power, has joined forces
with Major Disaster, Nozone,
Headbanger, and Junkyard to form
the Toxic Crusaders. No, not the
ultimate heavy metal band, you
moron! This motley crew is sworn
to defend Tromaville and the rest
os the U.S. from the polluting
ways of Dr. Killemoff and his
Radiation Rangers! It won't be any
easy mop up operation, but with
your help the Toxic Crusaders are
sure to make a clean sweep of the
six levels of sludge, slime, goop,
and grime, while washing
Killemoff and his filthy friends off
the face of the earth forever!
