This SNES action game offers gamers a variety of challenges unified by a positive, anti-smoking theme. Players take the role of the title character, who has the amazing ability to shrink himself down to "near-microscopic" size and enter the bodies of his patients to perform delicate internal surgery with out the need for crude scalpels or chemical treatments.

In this adventure, Rex Ronan enters the body of Jake Westboro, a salesman for the fictitious Blackburn Tobacco Company. A smoker since the age of 15, Jake's life is now in danger due to tobacco-related illnesses and the Experimental Surgeon is his only hope. Rex shrinks down for a trip inside Jake's diseased body, curing various maladies in an assortment of scrolling platform and shooter levels.
