It's robot mayhem at the Battle & Chase tournament! Dr. Wily is trying to take over the tournament with his army of Robot Masters, and now Mega Man has to enter to try and save the races! Choose your racer and head out on the tracks, and if you win, you'll get to steal parts off your opponent's cars, and eventually, you'll race against the mad Dr. Wily himself!

Additional Information

A racing installment in the long-running Mega Man franchise (known in Japan as Rockman.) Players choose from a wide variety of Mega Man characters, including the blue bomber himself, and go head to head against the computer racers. The objective is to beat the AI drivers, which nets the player new parts for his own racer. The more you beat the computer, the better your own car gets. There is of course also a multiplayer versus mode (for two players) and the players' customized racers can be saved to Memory Card for use in battles.

Released in Japan only in 1997 under the title Rockman: Battle & Chase. Later re-released under the Capcom The Best label for a lower price.
